which is the fastest version of this car in the game out of all these:

Most likely the NC. The 2004 1800RS is probably pretty close, though.

If this is for the endurance race, you'll do fabulously with a fully tuned RS '07.
 
I'm 1.5 hours into the Enduro (B-spec) with a minimally tuned Eunos Roadster (NA Special Package) '89, the first car I bought way back when, and have lapped all but two competitors, both 1800s. It may not be fastest but it is winning. Also I have 75 laps on Sports Medium tires and have yet to pit the first time.
