I am currently level 20 1/2 and would to know the quicket way to level up other than the Special Event Races?

Also which race is the quicket for earning money?

I am currently using my 1256bhp Bugatti Veyron on the Pro Series Supercar Festival Daytona Oval Race. £17,000 for 3 laps.
