thats probably the most healthiest way, i gave him the FASTEST way... liposuction;they just stick a hose in your fat a$$ and suck out all the junk... definatly the quickest
 
Okay, now that Rumple and I have had our fun, the best thing you can do is get a heart rate monitor. Determine your resting heart rate (best done first thing in the morning when you just get up out of bed). You then need to determine the appropriate heart rates to exercise at to burn fat and therefore lose weight.

You see, it's not about weight loss, it's about the type of weight loss - you want to lose fat, not muscle.
