The name alone has kind of made me have absolutely no interest in it, couldn't tell you the slightest detail about it... maybe marketing teams should consider these things. I will look into it at least though given the positive feedback...

Technically, you can judge a book by the cover- It was designed to appeal to a particular target audience, so if it doesn't appeal to you, you're not the target audience, therefore you won't enjoy the book
Can someone elaborate on this game a bit? It looks like... Well I don't know what it looks like. I'm on the US PS Blog and Gamespot (I should really find a better site for general gaming news, though, I don't like GS much) a lot but hadn't heard of this until this thread.
You can only play with them online on separate consoles I haven't found an option for two or more players if there is one (and I think I've looked through all the menus )
Anyway, great game, love it, more maps than I was actually expecting (is it five or six?), I am, however, having slight trouble joining games at the moment, presumably the servers are a little full
EDIT: It's out of beta now - It was released yesterday ^.^
I don't mean split screen, i meant something more like Castle Crashers on Xbox, where you can play with a friend on your system and jump online to join a game.
If FP doesn't offer that i doubt i'll buy it. That stinks.
Ok, I am confused now, you can join your friends online, there is a join friends option. There is no local multiplayer, which is what I thought you were looking for. Its a multiplayer only game (well there are bots) and its 32 player.
Really wish I could have been a part of it!
