I created this here poll because I was curious as to what kind of drive train everyone is using. I enabled you to vote for more than one, but please, dont be a smartass and vote for them all.

Personally, I use FF for one simple reason. Its my first affordable car lmfao. Think I might try MR or RR, but 4x4 seems out of the question. Cars are not made for that, they arent friggen monster trucks...

So just vote for your favors... and as I said before, dont be a jackass and vote for them all. And if you do, I will track you down and womp on you :trouble:.
 
definitely RR. RRs are really fun to drive, especially with horsepower overkill, since they fishtail a lot. plus, the kind of cars that tend to be RR are usually really cool (Porsche, RUF, Fiat 500R < :lol: ).
 
what the hell? what's my favourite? what kinda stupid question is this? Most people surfing this forum have never even driven a real RR or 4WD ride. To answer your question, my favorie drivetrain is whatever i HAD to drive in order to win. You can't really have a favorite because you need to drive them all to win.

I dunno man, but have you ever watched rally racing? Besides, what would you rather have? A Mistu Lancer 7 or one of those stupid american monster trucks? You decide.
 
FF: Understeers like hell froze over :/
FR: One of the best drivetrains, incredible to just flick around and drift all the corners :D
RR: I don't like it too much, seems far too tail heavy, but I haven't driven it too much
MR: Beautiful. The perfect balance between weight and power distribution. Can make the tail too light, however...
4wd: Launches from hell, and incredible control to boot. Tends to understeer, though...

I personally seem to prefer FR, because out of 21 cars in my garage:
5 4wd
2 FF
9 FR
5 MR
0 RR
 
I've actually had the opportunity to drive all of the above. My choice would be mid engine, rear drive. The cars with that layout are very nimble. My beef with rear engine, rear drive cars is how they handle at the limit. If you back off the gas at all through a turn, say goodbye to the back end (a few days ago my dad was riding along in a Porsche and they went off the track sideways @ 80 mph).
 
RR cool down dude. BTW I would rathr have a Monster truck. I'd love to crush your car :lol: j/k. Plus everyone has a favorite they like to drive. Unless you dont play for fun. :rolleyes:

Back on topic I agree with j2s. Thos RUF's can reach 212 MPH in real life, and thats stock. They are fun to drive in the game too :p

Should have been multiple choice!

My favourites - 4WD, FR and MR.

4WD because it's the best way to get sheer grunt to the road - FR for sliding under power, MR for handling.
 
Well I choose MR.

Racers choice and the weight is keeping the rear in the right place. Although 4wd is good, especially in a 350bhp Audi S3.
