This thread is about fail colours you like using, or if you like it normal. I like using yellow with red outlines for apricot hill and white with need outlines for a new original look. Post your favourites :) Let me know if there is a thread already like this, if there is.

I like the reddish/orange one as it reminds me of BMW dashes at night, I also like the Blue as it reminds me of my modded Prelude dash with neon blue lights.

I know :), I like using Green dials when I drive cars like the Countach 25th and the F40. I hope we get more colours in the future

I also hope we get more colours, its the small things like changing dial colours that I appreciate.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, I usually use Carmine Red for both the dial and outline colour.

I like changing it up every other time I use them but I don't like having them center screen. I would like the in car view 'digital gauges' for use with the bumper cam and customisable colors.

Blue inner, red outer cause honda.
I like gold inners the most overall though.

Never thought how can be so difficult for someone to post the way of change the dial...

When on track, pause the game then go to one of the option lists, select that and its near the bottom. Im not near a PS3 at the moment to give precise location.

Wait, what?! Okay. I feel really dumb right now... I didn't know you could do this. But I imagine it's only for the bumper cam. If that's the case then unfortunately I will not find any use for this feature.

Too bad they took away the dials in cockpit view of the standards.

No they didn't. You have to turn on the HUD in the menu. However, unlike GT5, you can only adjust what shows up on the HUD in the home options menu. The in-game menu only allows you to toggle on/off.

Really? Will have to try this out.

You may have just changed my aversion from buying any standards.

White outside, blue inside. I too hope we get some more colors in a future update.

I don't have a favorite combination because no matter what colors you choose, it doesn't change the colors at all.

And on a related note, they did remove the dials from the standard cars' cockpit views. They now use the same HUD gagues as the premium cars do which are not the same type of display(not dials) and cannot change color... hence my lack of a favorite. I'm not sure why you can change the color scheme on one and not the other, but I guess it's for the usual reason: because PD. A very minor annoyance at most, I'm not going to lose any sleep over it. I'd much rather we could adjust the opacity of the HUD and move things around and change the gap times to something more useful. A button to toggle all of it on/off on the fly would be nice too.

I am the same as you I only use virtual cockpit. The odd time I will use roof view so, yeah colours are useless to me.
