Feature request: Unwatch Status

I dont really want to see this:

The entire thing is a spam and i dont want to be given anymore notfications about the status, burying down the actual content like VGT thread replies.

If i can unwatch the status like the thread, that would be great.

Yes, that can be annoying. If you just delete your comment, I don't think it will give you anymore alerts.

Jokes aside, There is a setting in alert preferences in your profile settings, I think.

As noted, this isn't a core feature of the forum software, and it's not something I'm going to add myself. In addition to deleting your comment, you could also uncheck the "Also comments on a profile post" option on your Alerts Preference page until the discussion slows down.
