February Update promised to be this Month!!!

I wonder if anyone has noticed that this months update is out of date and has to be released next Month, first we might be thinking of getting a few new cars, a few new features and of course the new track, how long is this going to be, everyone is complaining about it, why is PD taking too long just to make a new track and a few things, they promised a new track every month, does this make you angry and want to complain about the over due update?
