Ferrari 2007 HELP

I finally cleared all events and purchased the F2007.
However, no race will allow me to enter due to the performance restrictions.

Where is everyone able to drive and race this car?????

There's a 20 lap F1 Suzuka event running at the moment.

Arcade too. Maximizing the AI points allows you to race a full grid of F2007s.

Yeah but thats soooo easy.
I think i wont have fun with the F1 till theres fuel and tire wear.
