Ferrari 275 GTB 1965

Engine: 3.3L Colombo 60° V12
Horsepower: 280-300
Weight: 1,098kg (2,421 lbs.)
Body Style: 2 dr. Coupe

"The 275 GTB was a two-seat Grand Touring automobile produced between 1964 and 1968 with a 3.3 liters (3,286 cc) Colombo 60-degree V-12 engine and produced 280-300 horsepower.

The standard 275 GTB coupe was produced by Scaglietti and was available with 3 or 6 Weber twin-choke carburetors. It was more of a pure sports car than the GT name suggested. Some cars were built with an aluminium body instead of the standard steel body."

The /4 denotes double overhead cams (DOHC). All 275GTB's had this feature, IIRC.

A further sophistication of this car is the gearbox in unit with the differential, aka transaxle.

This car is the ultimate in automobile design, at least for the period, as far as I'm concerned.

This is an absolutely gorgeous car. I do believe the Lamborghini Miura is even more beautiful, however, the Miura didn't appear until 1966, I believe.

I'm thinking why we have a 1964 and 1966 car and you've suggested a 1965 one...
And with that, you can close the thread. Apologies for the inconvenience.
