Ferrari 430 glitch

I have a ferrari F430, i use manual transmission if you are in cockpit view when the driver is changing gear his right hand go down to the center console, instead of using the pedalshifters behind the sterring wheel.
Anyone discovered that glitch yet?

the Ferrari f430 was available in 6 speed manual or 6 speed paddle shifter

1. wrong gear changing animation
2. no reverse light
3. no headlight indicator (the 430 scuderia has)
