I messed around quite a bit looking for a car I liked for this event... here's what I came up with.

Ferrari 599 PP600
Power: -15
Weight: 114
Tires: S3/S3

Ride Height (F/R): -20/-20
Spring Rate: 6/6
Damper: 4/4
Toe: -0.50/+0.50
Camber Angle: 1.0/1.2
Brake Balance: 5/5

Final Gear: 4.784
 
I get consistent top 5 finishes with this...
