I was using 'Stumble' to browse the web just now, and came across this website:

The second photo down, looks like GT5 to me. Is that not Route 246?

That is R246.... it's also a photoshop that has been posted here before.
 
Concept is created by a designer not employed by Ferrari. Pics have gotta be edited.

Nice wish, though.

Read the description under the photos on the site. It's clearly not an actual concept, just a glorified job application.

Ferrari should take note, though. Dude's got skills.

The car looks 85% like a 2005 ford Shelby gt1 , minus the head lights and the rivets, skills my but ..
 
It’s not a design by Ferrari. An unofficial concept by an aspiring designer. I wouldn’t say it’s really Pininfarina-quality, but it’s not bad. Probably is Tokyo Route, though, taken from the game. Doesn’t mean a thing.
