Ferrari F10 cant be used at all anymore?

I can't seem to find any race or any events that the F10 can be used to race. Or I am just not looking hard enough?

As far as I'm aware, it can't be used for any A-spec or B-spec races. Has been that way since release.

Couple of months ago there was a seasonal event that I was able to play using the f10 racing with all other f10s. This sucks.

The clue is in the word "seasonal". I have missed countless seasonal events due to either not having an internet connection, or being 1000's of miles away from my PS3. Or both. Can't you do a one spec race outside of A-spec or B-Spec?

I would like them to keep it. It's kinda pointless having that car after spending so much on it. Oh well, i'll try to learn how to drift now

You can use it for the Seasonal time trial if it can fit the regs. One that just passed that was 750pp I used the F10 for.

Yes, but you have to de-tune it & then face a field of fully tuned ones. It's suicide...

I'm on a mission to break 6:00.00 in the F2007 on the Nurb 24hr track, not sure yet if it's achievable (been at it 5 days, best is 6:29.911 with LOADS of time out there) but you're welcome to join me OP, I'm on nearly daily and am happy to race you in your F10 👍

If you're keen drop me a PM and we can set about smashing some records, be warned though it will take time and after I've nailed down the art of fast clean laps I intend to switch damage from light to heavy

its not possible unless you are a robot lol 👍 the lap record in our fgt series is 6:03. and after many tests we have found the fgt is faster than a ferrari f1.

I find that you are correct in that the FGT is faster in a straight line but the epic cornering and stability of the F2007 makes it a real boss on the track & that is evidenced by the Nordschleife Track Times thread which has the following records on it for the F1 cars:

5. 04:41.857 - Ferrari F2007 '07 (Unknown_Man92)
6. 04:44.730 - Formula Gran Turismo (feverpitch82)
7. 04:45.109 - Ferrari F10 '10 (Unknown_Man92)

As you can see the Ferrari is faster by nearly 3 seconds based on these results.

I will begin conducting my own tests soon and will also be running 2-4 hour races in these cars, if anyone's keen let me know and you may race as well

haha mate when are we ever really good enough?

I am an average driver in most cars dude but I learned the value of patience when training for the online Nurb 24 hour race. When I started that my lap times were around 9:45 - 10:00 and I was REALLY worried that I had bitten off more than I could chew but with patience, practice and the support of the CRAP group I got my lap times in the 8:40's in the 305HP Cusco so I know that I can take the F2007 to new heights too, it just takes time.

Seriously dude I'd love it if you would join me in my quest, with a F2007 and a F2010 it would be great to see and compare the results and maybe someone would like to join in a FGT?

I am posting a new thread tonight with my mission and asking folks to join in a weekly race session on Sunday mornings in Aus so Sat afternoon/evening in USA and Sat night in EU and it would be great if you could join 👍

Right if your online set the room to "F10 - F2007" or "Go Karts" . Then everybody who wants to drive the F1 or Kart get on track .... then stop on track dont get off and the room owner gets off track an changes it back to "no limit" everybody can drive Road Cars , LM , TC , anything !! with F1 and Karts enjoy !!!

As someone who actually plays on split screen, I was annoyed when I realised you couldnt even use it on split screen (you can with Karts...).
PD certainly have a... unique way of making decisions on things.

I knew this worked with GoKarts, but for some reason it never occured to me that it would with the F2007/F10 as well. Might have to try it myself sometime.
