FERRARI F10 FORMULA 2 CHAMPIONSHIP
Rules:
All driver aids except ABS are banned.
Full damage will be on.
All drivers must use the Ferrari F10.
All drivers must do their best to avoid contact.
All drivers will be allowed to use medium to hard tires only.
After the replay is reviewed penalties will be given for any racing incidents, result will be final.
All points will be final after replay has been reviewed.
During qualifying yield to the driver that is on a fast lap.
Do not cross the white line when exiting the pits during qualifying as well the race as you will receive a penalty.
You are allowed only one block move if a driver is trying to pass for position. If a driver is found make more than one blocking move that driver will receive a points and time penalty for that race.
Lap traffic must yield to the leaders. If a lap driver is found holding up a lead driver that driver will receive a point’s penalty.
Damage Ruling:
Drivers are only allowed one repair pit stop.
If you receive damage again you must go to the pits and say there. Don’t not leave the pits or the race if so you’ll be dis-qualified from the race and receive a 2 point penalty.
Qualifying/Race Format:
There are two races for each date, a 10 minute intermission between race one and two.
Session one/Race one
20 minute qualifying time will be allowed.
Race one 38 laps with one sighting lap.
Session two/Race two
10 minute hot lap time will be allowed with the fastest driver starting at the rear of the field.
Race two 28 laps with one sighting lap.
Point System:
The current FIA Formula One pointing system is in use with some additions.
Fastest qualifier from race one will receive one point.
Drivers that participated in race one whom aren't able to make race two will receive a half point for race two for the first three races only.
Drivers involved in racing incidents can have up to 4 points deducted.
Driver Points:
1st: 25 points
2nd: 18 points
3rd: 15 points
4th: 12 points
5th: 10 points
6th: 08 points
7th: 06 points
8th: 04 points
9th: 02 points
10th 01 points
