Ferrari f2007 vs f10'

The 2007 is lighter and has more power... But the f10' has f-ducts apperently, but can you use them or control them? Which is the better one? I got a 1:10.833 online with grip set to real with no tecnological aids and a 1:09.332 in arcade... Care to share your opinion along with your lap records with what car?
