Is it possible to drive the ferrari f2007 in the tuned S class races?

No it's not. Tuned S class races have performance points limitation and therefore the f2007 isn't allowed to participate as it exceeds the pp available for each race even with the most subtle settings.

The lowest the F2007 can go with PP is 904. The highest PP races are 800.
