Well...I couldn't see a thread nor mention of this in the latest posts so don't bite m'head off. Anyway, Ferrari have decided to reshuffle their management team and as part of this there are 3 or 4 big changes. The first, obviously, is that Ross Brawn and Ferrari have parted company wanting to direct his immediate future on his family. Jean Todt, having earlier been promoted to CEO of Ferrari SpA, will also take on, on an interim basis, the role of managing director of the Gestione Sportiva, the company's sporting arm, with Stefano Domenicali becoming the new sporting director and Mario Almondo replacing Brawn as technical director.

The engineering structure will be split in two, with the chassis department headed by Aldo Costa, and Gilles Simon taking over from Martinelli on the engine side. Both will report to Almondo.

Could be falling apart here, lets hope for Kimi and Felipe's sake the changes don't cause too much trouble..

They have been preparing for this day for some years, now, so it should be a smooth transition. The question, now, is whether Brawn is coming back in 2008…

I heard on the radio the other day, a rumour that Ross Brawn will take a year off, and maybe go to Honda in 2008.

Good news for Honda!

MS brought the team back from being almost dead, now his gone they might slip back again?

It's possible, and wouldn't surprise me. Would be a shame though, for Ferrari to crumble when they've gotten where they are

A rumour is a rumour, but only time will tell.

Ferrari are shooting themselves in the foot with this change. But who knows, it could be the best thing thats ever happened to them.

For Ross Brawn, Ferrari themselves didn't make the change, Brawn decided on taking a year out to be with the family, I'm sure he will be back and most probably with Ferrari too.

Won't Ferrari still use Schumacher some for testing? He may be key because Kimi is known for not providing good feedback. If schumacher still works with the team, it can't be all baaad.
