Often, when I land at the Festival Site, I get a free wheelspin. When I try to accept the wheel spin, nothing happens.
I think I know what the problem might be. When I do the slip and slide in the Hoonigan for points and the wheel spin pops up I press the B button to get the spin.
I believe I have been hitting the B button at the Festival Site. I will try the A button.
