Well I'm getting a pretty nice tax return this year and I've decided to finally bite the bullet and build a rig. I think I've figured out what I want for the time being, GT2 w/ CSR Elite pedals, and possibly running the Interfaceone board with the TH8RS since the CS Shifter is no where near the horizon and I want this NAOW!
So I'm going to fabricate the rig myself, but the issues I'm running into are the limitations of the consoles. I'd like to run both Xbox and PS3, but would prefer to run a set of 5.1 pc speakers live I've seen in too many rig builds. Is there a good set out there that have a Optical in so I can run it directly to the suxbox? If not is there some kind of adapter/convertor box?
Also, is there a way to run a Buttkicker on the 360? I've seen it wired on the PS, but not really much at all on the xbox. I saw a diagram someone made a few days ago on here with a bunch of hand drawn color coded lines showing how to connect speakers, xbox, tv, headphones, etc. etc. together. Can't seem to find that now but it had some info on it, hoping you guys can fill in the blanks of the rest.
