which one do you guyz think is the best for drifting?

and which one that fit to a newbie drifter? FF/FR/4WD?

I would start of with FR. Why? I love it.
But test out and see what you can do with the individual drivetrains and try to find one you can learn without tearing your hair off. Then evolve out of that into the other drivetrains.
But please. Stay off FF as long as you can. :D

/Eddie.

I prefer FF it's so easy to drift without spinning out your car and you can keep on pressing the pedal on :)

uh oh, its on again....before u guys post anything about FF drifting...jets just remember that it always has been and will still be and endless debate....arrg

Ahh ok. Well, as long as it works for you. :)

Using search at the top right corner will answer many questions extreme car. I would suggest using it and then ressurecting old discussion with new comments rather than making a new thread to spark the same convo...:D

For me its MR but wait that is not an option :irked:

For me its Awd, but i dont just mash the gas and just use the same 90 degree turn styles like everyone else, my Awd's are on sims, so the way my cars are set up are just like Fr's which need intense tweaking during the drift and accelerator inputs, as long as i can i stay away from e'brake except to initiate a drift that i committed to too early. with this setup i tried Fr with my Mugen S2000, and god...ist heaven......so yeah

Awds
FR
FF....only when i have my track cars,....they sorta lke to get ass out when the rears are gone, and when i say my track cars, i mean my track honda's/ acura's....i stay real world.

hmmm.... i would prefer FR (like everyone else, lolz), cuz it's more of a challenge and if you master this drivetrain, you won't spin out as much (meaning a LOT). it's up to you or some 1 ur speaking for....

this morning i've tried to drift with the ****ing trueno SS version and it spinning again arrgh this FR car making me sick i don't know what the hell I should do  oh yeah and can any 1 tell me a car with an FR layout that won't spin even u press the pedal on?????

4wd for life here. my first car i learned on was the R34. i never learned how to drift FR and i still can't to this day. so i think that i am stuck a 4WD drifter. :)

Extreme Car... throttle control, its as simple as that. if you find yourself spinning out, tap the gas instead of fully/slightly depressing it.

i can't be bother to control the pedal I just like a car that can't spin when you step full on the pedal :)
