ok since there are so many classes of vehicles, how are you supposed to get that many different cars in the beginning of the game. right now, i have a ff, and a 4wd, how am i supposed to race the two series's that are fr, and mr, and i dont have nearly enough money to buy two new cars. if anyone has any ideas of what they did to get passed these two stages, i'm all ears! thanks

I read the award list here on GTP, then ran the race series that would award me the right car. Using the Save/reload trick, I won the car I needed.

Also, ran a few enduro's to build up the coffers a bit

You're not suppose to get all the cars at the beginning. That's the fun of the game! Racing in all the other races to win different cars is the entire point of the game. Just relax, don't worry about it now, and have fun.

If you want to get a certain car, look at the prize car list, like Der Alta said.

ok, so now if i start doin the other races farther down the list, wont the competition get harder to the point of me not being able to beat them with the car i have, and i still dont have enough money to buy a better car....i'll just have to play a lot more and figure it out myself....thanks for the help anyways.

You upgrade your car so you CAN win... but here's what I did. I kept the Mean Green Miata I won at the beginning, focused on tuning that car, and once I got it topped, I won 6 Turbo cup races with it, enoguh money to get me the Subaru Impreza STi VI, after that it was cakewalk. Cars I won were used for other seasons...

You're right. We can't tell you how to play, because you are supposed to do your own thing. There is no wrong way to play this game, unless you're loosing races. :D

You have to run races over, and over again in order to build up enough credits to buy new parts, or a new car.

Did you know you can run the races again, and still win more credits? You don't win the cars again, but you do on the event races, but you do get more credits for winning.

Upgrade your car with new, better, racing parts. Run in the European Championship on the amature class. If you win the series event, one of four bonus cars is the Vertigo Race Car. It sells for 300,000 credits. If you have a car with 400hp, and a lot of race parts, you can enter and win it with no problem. Do the "save technique" to win it. Do a search for it. It's been explained numerous times.

Remember, this is your game, not ours, so do your own thing.
