I recently bought and Maxed out a:

Diahatsu CUORE TR-XX Avanato R

I bought everything except rigidity imrovement and, without SFR, it oversteers into corners unless I enter WAY too fast, and skid off course.

the issue I have with this is that it's a FF- the majority of the time, they are neutral or understeer, but why does this one oversteer?

*Racing Suspension on default
No LSD
All weight reduction
all power upgrades
stock transmission
racing soft tyres
GT Auto wing
dwnforce @ 20
no ballast

Try this on Nurburgring and you'll see what I mean

The TR-XX is a light very nimble car. Yes they are much easier to induce oversteer in than most FF cars. I have a very good tune for it, but if you don't like a certain amount of oversteer you probably wouldn't care for my tune.
That said its easy to get them to really grip and corner well.
With a maximum modification build you want to get as much grip as possible and then drive the car very aggressively. At least for me they are at their best when you throw them at the corners braking late and just enough so you don't skid using that marvelous turn in and killer grip to hit the apex early and getting back on the power to pull you on through the turn.

Oh and because of their light weight and good natural turn in you absolutely do not need or want a wing. It unload the front leading to even more oversteer not less and doesn't have an appreciable effect on the cars ability to grip through corners.

I tried creating a oversteer focus '06..... it can do 180's again and again :p
All the Focus's are good cars that don't exhibit the heavy understeer that a lot of FFs have. Was almost surprised no one brought one to the FF Shootout.

I know that when you hammer the Citroen Xsara rally car it gets cronic oversteer on tarmac but was extremelly fast when you get a tidy lap. (Took it off road and it understeered like crazy but hey, it an FF WRC)

Try stiffening the front suspension a bit and add a bit stiffer anti roll on the front as well.
