Ok guys,

I continually find threads for tuning your cars individual FFB but I haven't found any that help with wheel calibration, so how can you tune your cars FFB if you haven't got good basic settings??? I'm happy with the T500 settings, but I'd like to tweak them, so I'm going to question everything that is in this section of FFB,

What does it all mean? The notes that are giving in this section dont really explain how this works, what it really does and what you will notice? If anyone knows and you please give an in depth explanation on this?

Tire force?

Per wheel movement?
Per wheel movement squared?
Wheel positioning smoothing?

Deadzone removal range?
Deadzone removal drop off?

Linkage scale?
Linkage stiffness?
Linkage damping?

Relative adjust gain?
Relative adjust bleed?
Relative adjust clamp?

Scoop knee?
Scoop reduction?

Soft clipping (half input)?
Soft clipping (full output)?

Menu spring strength?
Low speed centering coefficient?
Low speed spring saturation?
Steering gain?

I think the answers to your questions are as follows:

Makes the wheel vibrate.
Makes the wheel vibrate a bit more.
Makes the wheel vibrate a bit less.
Stops the wheel vibrating too much.
Makes the vibration tickle you.
Makes the wheel break your wrists.
Makes you not want to drive over bumps.
Spins the wheel uncontrollably for no good reason.
Makes you feel like you've got a pneumatic drill in your hands.
Makes you wonder why you need all these settings.
Makes you realise there's no point testing what one slider does at a time as it'll be too long a task.

Hope that helps 👍:P
