FGT championship bug ?

Hi guys,

I won the championship with all gold, but i failed horribly on the last race so i decided to abandon it. I was winning the championship anyway.

So i look at the races I have a gold for the championship and all races except the last one.

I won the prize for winning The formula GT challenge with all gold, I even have the gold trophy in the extreme event page.
 
It's not a bug, you had enough points to win the series without finishing the last race.
 
It's normal. For those events with a championship, you just need to gold the championship (results in each race doesn't matter).

Oh ok, I tough we had to gold each race in order to receive the prize for "winning a challenge with all golds" :)

I think you might be confusing things. Championships work on point systems, so you could theoretically win the overrall Championship, complete with credits and the prize car without finishing first on any of the races, as long as you have more combined points than the other competitors.

Now, on events that do not have championship point systems, such as Like The Wind, Historic Car Cup, and so on, you do need to Gold each of the races to be awarded the prize car.
