I've now completed all non-eduro to gold except the FGT championship series. I've tuned the FGT and it drives pretty well now - probably needs to be tweaked, but I'm 90% there.
Anyway - the problem is not the car- the problem is the driver. This thing is so much faster than any car I've driven previously. I'm finding that turns come up so fast my timing is completely off. I haven't even come close to the next slowest FGT finisher in an event. I mean, I'm getting lapped.
Now I'm not the greatest driver, I know. But I'm not the worst either - hell, I've golded every other event, including historic race car with a modded challenger. So I should be able to hang with comparable cars/drivers.
But I'm getting left in the dust - no tweaking of the tuning will fix this - how on earth do I learn to drive one of these?
