Hello everybody, I am sorry for the wait been real busy this week with finals for school. But now i am free of school and can but my focus on the championship.

First of all me and Zeeco_9 have combined our two league to make one.

I am looking at running 2 races a week, they are both going to be on the same day, welll basically it will be a 20-25 laps gt3 race then a 20-25 laps for gt1 race. You are allowed to run in both series until the number of people increase to run two leagues, in that case, fastest 12 are in gt1 and the others in gt3. If the number of people increase to run another league i will run a Porsche feeder series. It will be a 10 race season, clean driving is expected. These cars are all pretty even so this racing should really be about who is faster. Custom set up are allowed. Sign ups are still open, So here we go.


Also when you sign up please post car choice(s) also times and days you can race, and PSN.


Rules

I will probably turn penalties off since they can be troublesome, but if you guys start to abuse them, me or Zeeco_9 will penalize you. Then I will turn them back on.

Clean racing is expected, I know accidents happen, and they probably will happen. So if you accidently take some one out please try and let them get there position back. If you cut the track to pass please let the driver you cut have there position back. If you are found to be a dirty driver you will be warned to clean it up, then put on probation. If you caused a major accident will on probation you can be suspended or penelizied points. After that any more problems you will be banned from this league. Regarding blocking, you can block, but try and keep it to one block move, please no swerving.


Car & Team selection

Car selection in GT1 is first come first serve. 2 cars max from each manufacturer will be allowed. In GT3 the max from one manufacturer is 4. If you want to run a team you must be in the same car.

Teammates must be driving the same car, in each class. In GT1 there is a max of 2 poeple towards a team and in gt3 the max is 3( just to add a little spice)

Raceday.

Days and Time still TBD.

Each race will either be a 20 or 25 lap race, depends on track. Will race gt3, then right after, will run gt1. There will be a 10min break between the two races.


Points


We will be using the Fia point system.

1. 25 points
2. 18 points
3. 15 points
4. 12 points
5. 10 points
6. 08 points
7. 06 points
8. 04 points
9. 02 points
10. 1 points
11. 0 points
12. 0 points

There will be a Drivers, Team, and Manufacturer championship.

*Spa.This will be a mock versoin of the Total 24hr of Spa. GT1 will be a regular event, gt3 will run 2 20 lap races, race 1 day, race 2 night. Both races you can score regular points.


I am looking at another special event after the season. Will announce it later.

Because there are only 12 cars allowed to compete online, so with there being 6 different gt1 cars, Make it an even field with two cars from each manufacturer. I hope i dont sound confusing.
 
Why Miami and no Mount Panorama or BRNO or Brands Hatch or Catalunya or Suzuka or Oschersleben (being this one the one IMO that fits better this championship)?
Miami is a very nice track but also very inviting to acidents and with no run-off areas (grass or gravel traps). and GT1/GT3 dont have any city tracks in their championship. Just seems a bit out of place here IMO.

I have a plan for Bathrust, i am still working things out. The reason for miami or london, Is that it ads some challenge, and also it can be a wild card race. I was looking at Brno and Oschersleben During my rough draft of the season, If the demands is there i will switch them in for miami and hock. Last year the gt1 series were suppose to race on a street track in africa, but it wasnt ready in time.

Phoenix, is fine, I dont know how fast I am compared to everybody else, since I never ran with them
 
I will run the Aston Martin DBR's GT1 and GT3 cars 👍

Limiting cars does however have some potential problems. Someone wishing to join may feel I am not going to be stuck with a car I dont get on with or enjoy racing. The whole idea is to have fun racing with likeminded people, with a car I can be competive with, so I am not going to be bothered to join

I dont think they will do city racing in GT1... those things crash more than drunken teenagers... and if it wasnt for the run-off areas... :scared:
Well I like Miami very much I just hope we are up for it... I always have to restart a few times there because of the AI.
Does anybody know how the MP works in this game? I havent been able to get online because of the online pass (PSN store down)
 
When we tested it we used the chat room within PS3, talked a bit about the race, then Zeeco_9 setup his game and sent us invites. We need to go to the Online Menu, check invites, accept and wait. Pretty straight forward after that.
 
I would like to enter the GT3 Championship, but would like to know what days you'll be running this considering I work sat, sun, mon, at leats till 11. I'd be using either the Audi R8 LMS, or the Aston Martin DBRS 9.

Hi Ninja and everyone!

Please can you sign me up for GT3 for starters, I work shifts so depending in timings of the races I maybe able to make all the races, some of the races or none them! Lol
