File corruption?

Hello! I just got the game on Wednesday and I went to take a picture earlier today but the game said my file is corrupted and I had to delete it and start over.
Me: WHAT THE <removed by mod>!? I JUST BOUGHT A ASTON LOLA! <removed by mod> NO!
I also noticed that the loading times are longer then they were the day before, and the game isn't as smooth as it was yesterday as well. Has this happened to anyone else? Is the a glitch? Does anyone know what I should do?
 
Awesome, I was getting the same error message. Hopefully this will work.
 
Yeah, when I went to save a tune setup I got the same msg.
Thanks for the link, this helps and saved some frustration.
