File Size Issue...

Alright, maybe this can't be cured, but I recently made the attached avatar for Darin (bored on a saturday afternoon, gave me something to do), but the problem is that it is way too big for use on this site. Can anyone fix that for me? I know that Flash might be able to fix that somehow, but I don't have flash. Can someone help me with this?

You have way to many frames for that gif. You need to have one frame for each picture, but hold that frame for a longer period of time.
 
That's not the point. He gave me six pictures to fade into each other I used intervals of 25% between the pics, I know Flash can generate low-size gifs that fade, but I can't duplicate that in Photoshop...

I say it's not worth it, the gif compression is yucky. Tell him to get a real avatar.

I got it down to 18 colors and half as many frames and it barely fit (34.16k) thanks for the help, tho...
