I tried searching for info on this and didnt really come up with anything. But in the photolab, there is a film section, and i was curious, how do you create films and can you save them to usb drives and watch them on your computer? I was playing around and didnt really find anything that pointed it out.

thanks for any help

i was wondering the same question. when you're in photomode you can save the image as a photo or film, and i had no idea what the difference was.

The film section is a "lighter" version of photo. The file size are alot smaller so you can take more pics then "develop" the ones you like in photo section. Get it?

yeah, i get it . I just didnt make the connection, thought it was for movies. But i was curious is there a way to save replays on a usb drive and play them on your comp? Or is this done by recording the tv screen or something similiar?

MuSaSh1 is right.

The "film" is a compact version of the photo. But it can't be viewed in the slideshow. The PS2 just save some data which is not the image itself, but the camara position data, car position data, etc. If you want to see it , the PS2 will render it again.

To me, it's a very good feature. Because my usb driver is so big that when I am playing the game with my DFP, I can't plug in the usb driver at the same time. I always save the photo as the "film", because they are less than 30K. After I stop playing the game, I plug off the DFP and plug in the usb driver to save the photo.

Hope you can understand what I have said, my English is poor.
