So what was the general consis on this Animated CG Move by Square Picture's?

Personnally, I rather enjoyed it, as will all their game series. The graphics we're stunning, the acting was better than Kung Fu Theatre and the story-line had depth. I thought it was well worth renting and look forward to buying it.
 
I thought it had very poor advertising, before i knew it the movie was already out of the theaters.... I might rent it and check it out. i wanted to see it, just never did.
 
I enjoyed the movie. I didn't think it was the best of the year, but the computer animation was incredible. The only thing that bothered me was Alec Baldwin's voice coming from Ben Affleck's head.;)

:lol: Too true.

Best of the year? Not a chance, but for me, I was watching it for the animation oh and because it was "Final Fantisy". I agree with the advertising, I didn't even know that the movie was out, and when I did it was already in the video store. I guess it shows how closely I tracked it's release.
 
My brother Bobby saw it and he did not care for it, and he loves RPGs.

I have no want to see it.
 
Hey, so it won't win any oscars, and there are some portions which might have been done better. Given. The animation was still incredible all the way through!
You're all right about the media exposure though. I knew about it pretty much only because of a trailer I saw while at another movie, and because I frequented their website http://www.finalfantasy.com/ which was also one of the best websites as far as design which I've ever come across!
