Ok I have the standard Porsche Fanatec pedals. After about a month of use they became faulty. The brake pedal was where I had the most trouble. It wouldn't max out when fully pressed. It was extremely jumpy and would even come on slightly at times when I pressed the gas or clutch. I would have to unplug and replug in the pedals multiple times to get them working good enough to use and even then after a while sometimes I would have to do it again. Very frustrating, especially if they started acting up in the middle of a race.
Thanks to mrbasher at GTPlanet for coming up with a filter that cures the problem. That's right. Just plug in the filter he has developed and the problem is instantly gone.
I just got my filter today and i am very pleased with the brief test I did using Forza 4. Still very slightly jumpy but a million times better than what it was and never got any false readings.
I would make a video but this video pretty much sums up exactly how my experience was although my pedals were MUCH worse than his.
Here is his website if you are interested in purchasing one. http://basherboards.com/node/1
This filter is for Porsche or CSR pedals.
