Level 30 O.M.G..............
Its taken me 15 Days to get to this Point and i've driven 10.860.2 Miles
I've got 149 Cars in My Garage .
This Morning I got on with the Special Events , dreading the Rally Stages as I couldn't seem to get my head round how the Car Handled for some reason
Finally bit the Bullet and decided to Set the Car up Myself , took a while but it handled way better
I've Actually got Golds in Every Single Stage of the Gran Tursimo Rally Special Event , I was Gobsmacked by this .
Next up was the Sebastien Loeb Challenge , jeezus that caused no end of Frustration the first time I did the Eiger Long version I was 10 Seconds off the Pace .
The Next 7 or 8 Attempts ended up in sheer Frustration as the Car span in every direction except the one I wanted arghhhhhhhhhhh.....................
Finally i sat back relaxed and decided on Plan B . So I necked a Can Of Beer and then another went back to the Eiger and Golded it yehaa , I even managed to Gold all 3 of the Seb Events aswell so got 3 More cars for the Garage
So what was Left Oh yeah the Top Gear Challange.............Lets just say I scraped though that with 2 Bronzes and leave it there shall we .
That was all the Special Events done all I needed now was lots of the dreaded XP to Level up from 29 too 30 .
So another Indy 500 Endurance race was done this time with the 908 Pug HDI Thing and easily won by 15 laps but suprisngly didn't beat Minnie the Minolta's time so much for more modern Tecnology and i'm sure Minnie is happy her honour is still intact .
After that a few Grinds on Indy in the Dream Championship soon got bored of that then a few 3 Lappers of Le Sarthe in the Same Event and the XP started to Add , then against all my usual sanity I did two 3 lap Events of the Ring 24 Hour that added huge points all the time Minnie was my first choice Car for these Events.
After getting the Calculator out it would take me one more 3 Lapper at the Ring to get the needed XP or two 10 lappers at Indy .
I took the easy Option and did the two 10 Lappers at Indy seemed approiate really as its the Track i've grinded on the most to get XP Points .
Thats it for now except to say thanks to everyone on this site who contributes Infomation about GT5 , to Jordan for the Site the Mods and anyone who helps anyone get the most out of this Great Game
I've got 3 Days left before i'm back to work so that maybe enough time to get the X1 . To be honest i'm just a Average Driver and i'm not sure if i'll be good enough to get it but i'll give it a go and i know I can pop onto GTPlanet and ask for help anytime I need it .
As for the X1 Itself i'm sort of looking forward to drivng it and yes I wan't to win it , but I reckon once its in the Garage i'll hardly use it that often .
The Motivation to Win it is whats Driving Me on not the Actual Car , seems weird but as that old saying goes when Asked Why do People Climb Mountains "Because there Their" same it seems goes for the X1 , except the Mountain was the Amount of XP needed to finally have a crack at trying to get it .
So if you don't hear from me for a while (oi whoose that cheering at the back ) its because i'm busy shouting rude words at the PS3 or i've been taken away and it'll be Difficult to type with the New Jacket i'll be in because the Buckles will be down the back
