nope. i dont think u need all gold for the lisence tests. all u need is to beat all the races in sim, arcade, and do the time trials.
 
Ya i redid some and got golds but didnt give me any %, and I've done all the Single races(i found out the hard way that only doing hard mode fills in the others :mad: ) and about 4 golds on time trails, some are easy, like Tokyo which took me two tries, and then theres Trial Mountain which i still gotta take .7 secs off
 
I have about 96% done. I need to do the following:

Grand Valley Speedway Endurance
4 Formula GT Races
8-12 other races in Pro
1 Time Trial Left (guess which one!!! :mad: RGT)

And then i'm done!!!! :D
