Has anyone found the actual cutoff car?

Can someone attempt to trade these cars and figure out where the actual cutoff for cars is?

i tried trading a m3 gtr race car to myself and it said this car cannot be given. but it was completely modded and rebuilt though. never treid sending it without anything done to it

The actual price of the car is about 102% of the UCD price i think. Do the math and if it goes above 1 mil you cant trade them.

I just tried sending a Mazda RX-7 LM Race Car, unmodified, UCD price: Cr. 979,940. "You cannot send this car to a friend, acquaintance or enemy alike"

PD can't even communicate the car trading limit clearly.:scared:
