Fit everything on one page and limit scrolling to up/down like every other program ever made

Example: There is no reason why you couldn't make a layout like the GT5 tuning summary editable

Example2: The new dealers with multiple cars only display eight cars at at time, fill the page with cars!

Example3: Buttons before or after racing along the bottom require scrolling left and right. There is NO reason not to make them fit. (Make the back button work there too.)

Example 4: How many time have you gone over one box and ended up in help or on a field you didn't want? This would be fixed if the screens simply scrolled up and down like a web page when needed, but often everything could fit on one page easily.
 
Bear in mind not everyone has a big TV, hence why often you'll have to scroll.
 
I realize that, but we shouldn't have to scroll left and right for 7 buttons because one doesn't fit when I have a large screen. All the more reason it should fit on a large screen versus a small one. Software can identify which resolution you're running. Besides, there's a ton of wasted space, and it isn't like the interface is so beautiful that it would hurt the design.
