I've noticed a few people having this issue recently and decided to look into it, as I've not encountered the problem on any console or account here.
The login bonus is issued for successive days of logging in, incrementally increased over five days from 110% to 200% and incrementally decreased down again as you miss days. Users affected by the bug are logging in daily to find their bonus incrementally decreasing.
The bug isn't, as you might suspect, with the login bonus itself. It's actually a side-effect of another Autosave problem interfering with the mechanism of the login bonus.
What happens for the login bonus is the following:
If you're affected by the bug, go into your PS3's XMB Game>Save Data folder and check the dates of your backup and main save files - you will note that your backup is dated as current and your gamesave is dated several (1-5, natch) days before it. Thus what happens is:
As a result, fixing it is - or should be - relatively easy, but relies on manual saving. Since the issue seems to be with users' manual saves and I can't replicate it, this might be not so easy as a result...
*- Go to PS3 XMB Settings>Date & Time Settings; set your timezone to one just shy of midnight
- Load GT6 up. Wait until midnight. Hop into a menu, then back out to the main screen, receive bonus, allow autosave then save manually.
- Quit and go back to Date & Time Settings, set timezone to one just shy of midnight
- Lather, rinse, repeat

- Current console date checked against gamesave date
- Successive login calculated
- Login bonus awarded

- Back up your saves to USB. ALWAYS do this before frelling about with gamesaves - no exceptions.
- Boot the game up and allow it to load and autosave
- Hit the Start button and select "Save".
- Do step 2 again, just to make sure.
- Go back to XMB, Game>Save Data and check your MAIN gamesave is showing the right date. If not, go back to step 1.
- If so, delete the backup.
- Next time you load the game up on a new day, your bonus should go up again
- If you wish, use the timezone cheat* to check quickly and boost yourself up to 200% again
- Whenever you quit the game after playing, CHECK THE DATES ON YOUR SAVE FILES
