Flags and Safety Car in GT7

Hi everyone! I'm not sure that this issue never surfaced in this forum, but I think that it would help make Gran Turismo 7 "the most gran turismo ever" game of the series.

The idea is simple. To realize a flags (yellow, red, black) and a safety car. Just imagine how many new possibilities it opens up ...

To be fair, all three of those threads are pretty dead. There hasn't been any activity in them in over 7 months.

I guess "possibilities" online is right, as a good flag/penalty system would penalize bad racing.
