Flash Animation

Hey,

Does anyone know how to make a flash animation. I am totally clueless as to what to do. Would it be possible if I had a 3d movie that i rendered, or any other mpeg or avi movie with sound, to be turned into a flash animation?

And which programs are there that can be used?

Help greatly appreciated.

ALPHA, or Shannon are really good at flash stuff, I'm trying to learn but useless in animation.

Also, Glacius, is another excellent Flash'er.
 
There is this program called Swift3D, it can take 3D Max models and render them as flash.

Or You could import the rendered avi or mpeg file into Flash - memory intensive mind you and then export as a .swf

There are just afew ideas.
