Flying cars/bikes in LCS

I heard of flying vehicles in III and VC but never saw one-- a few days ago I saw a flying freeway or angel in the redlight district/china town area-- I followed it around a bit--- it was just above the level of the L-train tracks-- acting normal otherwise--- stopping at red lights and everything--

Sorry I didn't get a screenie....

Anyone else see one yet???
