Flying Cien?

As I tune more and more of my Cien, I have finally reached its peak of around 950horsepowerish.
Recentally, I was racing with it in El Captain when I reached the big hill and magically my Cien flew over the guard and would have went over the edge but some invisiable wall stopped me and threw me back on track. I also notice that when I take little hills, my Cien has attendancy to almost get to a 90 degree angle to the ground, catching so much air under it, nearly flipping it. Any solutions you can give me that will help me with my "flying Cien?"

Oh, and I also have toyed with lowering it and have installed a spoiler on it.

Brake before you take a "little hill"... and don't use the throttle on the crest. I manage to get my Corvette rally-style sideways over crests in that manner.
