FM2 servers shutting down on March 15, 2013

Hi folks,

As I mentioned in today's edition of the Week in Review, we will be shutting down the Forza Motorsport 2 servers on March 15. Auction house and gifting functionality will no longer be available, but Forza 2 players will still be able to race online and view the leaderboards.

Does this affect obtaining others' Liveries/Designs? I'm also asking this for the other Forza Motorsport games, 3 through 6, mainly. Oh, and the first 3 Horizon games.

You can still download (and indeed, make and upload) liveries in FM4, and FH1.

What about the other games? Is it all simply down? If so, is there any other way to get the Liveries?
