I'm looking to upgrade to a profile rig soon. I'd just about settled on the Sim Lab GT1 Pro, but then the shipping costs and the realisation I also need to pay import taxes suddenly make it seem very expensive.
I've been looking at the GT Omega Prime and the Trak Racer TR160
The GT Omega seems by far the best value. I realise this probably isn't apples for apples but all things considered the Prime seems a good buy and will be approx £500 less overall than the Simlab (seat and monitor stand aswell as the rig itself). The Trakracer TR80 is the next best price wise, followed by the 160 which still comes under the Simlab price.
This will be used with a Fanatec GT DD Pro and a fanatec load cell pedal - probably the CSL Elite V2.
Are there any other options that ship from the UK?
Side note, FOV aside how are integrated monitor stands in terms of flex?
