You are truly a confused individaul. Dodge makes trucks in Canada, Ford makes cars in Mexico and imports them to the US. Nissan has a plant in Tennessee, Volkswagen has one in Ohio, Toyota has one in California.

Further, Ford has ownership rights in Jaguar and Mazda. Chrysler is affiliated with Mitsubishi, Lamborghini and Maserati.
Volkswagen owns Bentley.

Heck, at one time even Harley's had Japanese carbs!!

So, what is it that constitutes an import car? Or are you just tryin' to "stir the pot"?
