What view do you use and why? After trying all the views I have come to the conclusion that there isn't 1 that is better than all the rest. I think what would be ideal is the 3rd person view (camera floating high above rear of car) with the addition of a rear view mirror placed in the center top of the screen.
My problem with the interior view is that you can't look left or right (maybe that's realistic somewhat because in reality you'd have that helmet on with the neck braces on the seats blocking a lot of your peripheral vision). My problem with the 3rd person view (camera floating high above rear of car) is that you don't have a rear view mirror. I do like the 3rd person view though because it's almost like having a spotter...but a rear view mirror is definitely a necessity in NASCAR.
Thoughts?

Yes, but I just think that it looks so ugly looking down on a very boxy car.

I use the In Car View (I think it's called Bumper Cam for some reason), and ideally if each driver had their own spotter speaking in their ear.

Maybe in the new NASCAR game coming.

It would be cool to have a spotter in your ear, but I don't know if there is a way to only communicate with 1 specific person in a room. If every person in the race had a friend in the room as their spotter it would be very crowded on the airwaves  Yes the car is indeed overly boxy looking in this game, but the ability to see to your left and right is advantageous and realistic (aside from it being from that vantage point).

Do you have your map on Setting 2? That really helps understand what is around you on track.

Do you mean the map scale so it's zoomed in almost all the way? I hadn't tried that yet. If I can see cars' positions better zoomed in then interior view would be just fine in my book.
