For my money the top 5 hardest trophies are:
All Gold S-License (one phrase: S-5 license test!)
Three of a Kind (I took the NASCAR to Indy's Oval to get this one)
Goodwood Regular (screw that X2010 car; note you DON'T have to gold this, only get bronze in all Goodwood events, but that final part with the X2010 could have many players pulling their hair out)
Autobarmy (travel 7,903 miles)
0.01 seconds! (the NASCAR event is a good one, but I got this by doing Arcade/Indy Oval/Beginner/X2010, stay behind 1st place until right near the finish line, if you have to, nudge them against the wall, I won by less than .001).
