I get asked every day and I never set an official date yet.... Here it is. On July 29th I will be buying a 360 and a few games. Not sure of the games yet but I have a list of at least 10 I want. I will only be able to buy a few at first. Here is the list of games I want or I am keeping an eye on. The ones that are already released or have the closest estimated release date are listed at the top.

GRAW and Burnout Revenge are my best games. Awesome graphics with both, and Burnout very good and challenging online. Burnout was the first game that actualy made me sweat with concertration...
 
I,m glad you’re close to buying your 360, but a Saints Row demo is out in August. But there is a brand new Test Drive Demo coming out in July or August Camaro.
 
I am so excited. I just cant wait until the end of next month!! Our racing event then I get a 360 the next day!! I plan on taking several days off around that time. :sly:
 
I hope they bring a Dead Rising demo out next month, but what I want to see is Dead Rising come out a month early Camaro.

Anyway what will be the first game you order or pick up to buy.
 
I will be buying GRAW and PGR3 for sure on July 29th. I will also get Kameo and Burnout 3 as soon as I can. If anyone has any of these games they dont want any more let me know. :sly:

I will probably start price checking games around the middle of next month. I will keep you in mind. I also have paypal which makes things real easy.
 
I got a XB360 about 2 months ago. I've got COD 2, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and PGR3. All three are pretty damn good. I let my Live subscription expire though, but I'll be renewing it after I finish all the offline stuff in PGR3. The Nurb is pretty good on PGR3, in fact the whole game is better than I thought it would be, as I hated PGR 1 & 2 for some reason. Anyway once I get back on Live I'll be happy to race you guys online.
 
I got my X Box 360 two days ago with PGR 3 and Top Spin 2. I've been playing in HD 1080 on my 42 " and I am so impressed. I hate being at work when I know I could be playing PGR3.

I just can't wait for Test Drive Unlimited now.

Well I went ahead and traded GRAW in last night for Oblivion, so you don't have to worry about it.
 
I wouldn't get excited about a Forza release anytime this year. I think it's smoke being blown up our asses. Unless of course the development cycle is shorter on this than it was for the original Forza...which makes no sense at all. We'll see! But I'm definately thinking Oct release = not going to happen.
 
Well theres meant to be more cars and tracks and more tuning in Forza 2 than Froza, so I can't see the development being shorter.
 
^^ My point exactly. I find it hard to believe that they reconstructed the cars, and tracks, added more features, and are going to drop it on everyone with under 2 years of development time.

Even then, that seems to suggest that they have made no adjustments to the engine, the physics, etc.

So, as I said, don't get excited for that release date....I don't see it happening.
 
Took my first step toward getting the 360 last night. I sold my xbox to my brother. I will be bringing it to him after I leave work today.
Only a couple more weeks and the 360 is mine! :) I will also be taking that following monday and tuesday off of work paid so I can enjoy it the entire weekend and those two days.
 
I am going insane. Heather keeps begging me to get the 360. Then yesterday while buying PREY the guy said they are giving $10.00 extra for any old PS2 or XBOX game. That money is on top of their value.
THEN this morning I get a $15.00 off anything coupon at circuit city.
THEN she calls me at work. "You should get it, you should get it"
If I get it we probably wont get her car done in time for the event on July 28th.
