How do you brake? It seems like I can only step about 10-15% on the brake pedal, anything more than that I will spin out. I had brake hard IRL in my car and my car doesn't have ABS and I just slide to the front not sideways.

Well, there's how one of my heroes growing up drove...

But if you find yourself wearing loafers, perhaps this is better suited...

Be gentle with the pedal.👍

And uhm another question, what brake balance would best represent your normal family car? I drive a mitsubishi diamante

That's what i say! I think its faster with your left foot but... whatever haha

If you find the brakes lock up with only a little pressure lower your brake balance, it's different for each car so I usually drive the car first then adjust the brake balance so I can use more of the travel of the pedal.
If you want to know what the brake bias is on a normal car because you want it to feel the same as your car in real life that wouldn't work very well because if you put say a 7/4 on an Ferrari F40 it would feel completely different than on a GTR. Each car is unique.

ABS off in GT5 is very sensitive, imo - ABS 1 would translate to ABS off irl (I have a car without ABS irl).

I generally run 6-3 on race cars and 4-2 or 3-1 on road cars but as someone already said each car is unique.
