Pretty good list of resources, thanks for posting it.

www.autotrader.com has a good advanced search engine and lots of listings for used and new cars.

Why the "grumpy" icon for this message? I was expecting a rant.

Ah, I figured this would be locked and stickied, as a reference thread, so I PM'd my suggestions to FAOLIU05. :) Oh well...

I almost forgot about another great website. It's an "online car magazine" called Autozine, and it's run by a Chinese guy who knows English. Interestingly enough, he doesn't drive; he writes his reviews from compiling the opinions of several published sources such as Car and Driver, etc.

Other than the evaluations of cars, the website also offers information on "who owns who" in the Automotive Industry, an extensive, very informative "technical school," and several other topics, such as the cars that have won international awards, the history and background of automotive designers, and more.

I was going to interject that carsurvey is not completely accurate, as most logged reviews are by guys who really hated their cars, but after checking reviews for mine, I've found them to be pretty accurate on the whole, as long as you read the full accounts.

Opinions are opinions, and most people are more likely to complain than praise, but as long as you keep that in mind, I don't think there's a problem with the site. :)

Or an expensive mechanical failure or accident thread.
