Force feedback?

I have one of the original logitech driving force wheels.

It was bought along with GT3 so it is getting on a bit.

It looks like this

However mine has a sticker at the bottom that says clearly FORCE FEEDBACK.

However since the purchase of the product I have never experienced any force feedback of any kind, this is probably due to me using the DS controllers more as they were easier to get the hang of when I was younger,

Since Buying GT5 I have brought the wheel out again in hope that I could finally use it properly but It seems so hard without any feedback especially when I try drifting.

I've been on all of the menus on gt5 and adjusted feedback to 10 but i still get nothing?!?!

Has anyone else experienced this/ does anyone know a solution?

Any feedback (from you guys and hopefully the wheel) would be greatly appreciated :dopey:

Cheers

Ryan

It doesn't have what you'd consider modern force feedback, but it "works" in a offering more resistance kind of way...

You should be feeling something tho... do you have the power cable hooked up?

Theres your problem right there...it has to have the proper power source to operate...I have an old logitech power supply from the same wheel...let me know if you could still use it, we will try to work something out. PM me or something if interested.
